Britain’s cities are more poorly served by non-bus PT ie trams, metro or urban light rail than Europe

Research shows that one reason for Britains poor productivity compared to Europe is lack of proper rapid public transport ie railed systems.  Buses simply do not work as they do not have the capacity, speed or reliability.
